These Terms of Service govern your use of Performance Index. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Performance Index is an online self-assessment tool that scores and ranks users across physical, financial, cognitive, and lifestyle dimensions. The Service is provided as-is and for informational and motivational purposes only.
The Service is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Do not use your Performance Index score to make important life decisions without consulting qualified professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information at registration. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium subscription: USD 8 per month (or equivalent in local currency as displayed at checkout), billed monthly via Stripe.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through Manage Subscription in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until then.
Refunds: Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, payments are non-refundable.
In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the initial subscription without giving any reason.
By starting to use Premium features during the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the service being delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you have used the Service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days before using Premium features, contact us using the email below.
You agree not to provide false information, attempt to access other users accounts, reverse-engineer or copy the Service, use the Service for illegal purposes, scrape data, or share your account with others.
All content, scoring methodology, and branding of Performance Index are owned by us. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use any part of the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
Scores are based on self-reported data. We do not verify accuracy. Benchmarks are approximations based on publicly available data. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, data, or goodwill, or decisions made based on your Performance Index score.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Forbrukertilsynet or the Norwegian courts.
